Ultragaz – Everyone’s a Winner!

WLPGA Member and Council Member Ultragaz held their annual Diamond Dealers Meeting in Sao Paolo this month and WLPGA was there to join in the event.

With over 5,000 dealers throughout Brazil, Ultragaz is the country’s largest LPG company. Each year the ‘crème de la crème’ of the dealers are invited to a two day event to celebrate their achievements, learn about new developments in the company and to network.

The 2015 meeting brought together over 300 of the best dealers from all over Brazil. The ‘Diamond Dealers’ have an exceptional opportunity to get together and share experiences. Day 1 of the event is a series of presentations from Ultragaz directors showcasing the latest initiatives within Ultragaz. Presenters also included Alison Abbott of WLPGA who introduced the Women in LPG Global Network (WINLPG) and a unique motivational trainer who gave his unique insights into communications today. Ultragaz also arranged a networking cocktail for all women dealers to celebrate the launch of WINLPG, the cocktail was extremely well attended, Ultragaz actively welcomes women to its dealer network and many of the 300 Diamond Dealers are women. Day 1 finished with a chance to unwind and enjoy some live music.

The second day saw a full day exhibition where chosen suppliers were invited to present their latest products and services, a great opportunity for dealers to see new innovation and also to ensure high standards of products are maintained.

The event was a huge success and it’s quite clear that not only does Ultragaz value its network of dealers, but they are also very proud to be part of the Ultragaz family.
