Delivering a Future of Exceptional Energy The 24th World LP Gas Forum took place in Doha 26-29 September 2011.  The Forum was held for the first time in the Middle East in Qatar where the LP Gas output will reach 11m tonnes by 2012 making it one not only of the largest global exporters and but also blessed with a prime geographic location enabling smooth connection with prime markets such as the Far East and Indian Sub Continent.  The World LP Gas Forum united over 1,500 delegates, exhibitors and visitors, all key industry leaders and decision makers from around the world to discuss major issues facing the industry on a global scale today. Other industry events taking place under the umbrella of the World LP Gas Forum included the Global Technology Conference which attracted over 100 delegates and looked at key innovations taking place in the industry today including the WLPGA Innovation Award which this year was won by Ceres Power in the UK.  The Forum also featured the first Global Autogas Summit, another hugely successful standalone event, focusing on the latest developments in global Autogas, addressing some of the challenges and looking at solutions.
