March 2009 – Mr David Tyler appointed Director, Projects & Business Practices

Mr. David Tyler joins the World LP Gas Association team in March 2009 as Director, Projects & Business Practices.

 

Paris, March 9, 2009. - The World LP Gas Association, headquartered in Paris (France), announces that Mr. David Tyler has joined its team as Director, Projects & Business Practices. Mr. David Tyler joins the World LP Gas Association team in March 2009 as Director, Projects & Business Practices. His primary role will be to lead the Association's activities in the area of good practices in the industry. In addition, he will further consolidate the World LP Gas Association’s programs on innovation and drive the global Autogas initiative. This will include working closely with industry members on the GLOTEC (Global Technology Network) and GAIN (Global Autogas Industry Network) Committees. He will also be responsible for the Asian/Pacific membership group. David brings a deep knowledge and experience of the LP Gas industry on a global scale after working 25 years with Shell International in senior Marketing Management positions including Commercial Director in Indonesia. In 1996, David established his own LP Gas consultancy business in Australia and since then has successfully undertaken strategic projects in Latin America, Europe, the Middle East, North Africa, Asia and Australia. David has lived and worked in many countries including the United Kingdom, Saudi Arabia, Indonesia, Australia, Hong Kong and China which will reinforce the global dimension at the WLPGA.
