Cavagna jointly acquires the REPCo Group keeping a focus on the Energy Transition
Cavagna Group recently announced the acquisition of International Gas Process Design House, REPCo Srl, in Milan, Italy with their partners Nirmal Industries.
REPCo is a Process Design House specialising in the design, engineering and supply of process plants and equipment for the Power, Gas & Oil and Petrochemical fields. REPCo’s sales offices are Worldwide, but its Head Office is in Milan Italy and the fabrication & assembly facilities are located close by.
In 2021, Cavagna Group and their long-standing partner, Nirmal Industrial Controls Pvt Ltd, decided to take on the Repco joint venture, therefore increasing both of the Group’s offerings to its customers. Cavagna Group brings a solid global presence and business profile with their European headquarters based in Italy. Nirmal, brings their prior expertise in process design and their strategically based hub for the Eastern markets.
This joint venture guarantees a joint vision and devotion to improving and developing the field of energy. The capabilities of all of the companies involved show an unmistakable commitment to the industry in all types of gases for future energy patterns and projects.
