July 2011 – London to host LPG World Forum 2013

Representatives from the Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) industry will descend on London in September 2013 following a successful bid to host the LPG World Forum event by UKLPG.

Representatives from the Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) industry will descend on London in September 2013 following a successful bid to host the LPG World Forum event by UKLPG. Contracts were signed in the historic North Tower of Tower Bridge that will see London become the host nation of the LPG World Forum. The Forum expects to attract over 3000 delegates from countries across the world and will be jointly hosted by the World LP Gas Association, the AEGPL, the European industry association and UKLPG, the national LPG trade association. Stephen Rennie, Chair of UKLPG said “We are delighted to have been chosen as the host nation for such a prestigious event. The event will attract LPG suppliers, distributors and equipment manufacturers from across the world and it will provide the UK industry with an unprecedented opportunity to meet key decision makers and innovators on home ground with whom they can do business. It will provide a huge boost not only for our members but for the wider UK economy.” Ramón de Luis Serrano, President of both the World LP Gas Association and AEGPL said “London was a natural choice for the 2013 event.
